Hilda is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist who specializes in working with trauma. She believes we all experience trauma in different ways. Hence, in her work, Hilda takes individualized approach, which she bases on her clients' unique needs. To address these needs, she oftentimes uses EMDR, as well as other trauma-informed interventions.
