NATASHA ROHANI
Natasha is a Registered Clinical Counsellor holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is passionate about providing an environment for people to grow and heal while feeling seen, heard and supported. In her work, she brings a sense of humor, compassion, and genuineness that cultivates a non-judgement, safe space for meaningful change to occur.
As a therapist, her education and foundation are rooted in trauma theory and interpersonal neurobiology. She uses evidence-based mind-body approaches that include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. She strives to support clients in becoming present in their minds and bodies, to show up authentically and to build a meaningful life. Natasha’s goals as a therapist are to empower her clients in their wants, needs and desires, and to become clear in their values so they can show up more fully and connected in every aspect of their life.
When Natasha is not with clients, she is often at home cooking plant-based meals for friends and family, playing board games, at the dog park with her PADS puppy Lassie, or traveling to new places with her partner.
