In addition to having both a BA and an MA from McGill University, I have a three-year post-masters degree in Marital and Family Therapy, and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in B.C.. I specialize in EMDR. 2.0 and have trained extensively under veteran EMDR therapist Frankie Klaff. In my work, I also draw on 3rd wave therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, as well as Internal Family Systems Therapy and Somatic Experiencing.
