But for millions of people, those experiences linger, causing symptoms like flashbacks, nightmares, and negative thoughts that interfere with everyday life."


PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a complicated mental health condition that can be caused by a variety of scenarios in our lives, and produce a variety of symptoms. It is also important to note that a traumatic experience for one individual may not be experienced as traumatic for someone else, and/or they may not experience the same symptoms or severity of symptoms.
